This video is my son and I mucking around on the floor doing a mix of exercises for him and myself.

 

 

 

This video is a quick impromptu video I made after taking my son to Zooga Yoga for a yoga lesson. I talk about the highlights and introduce some exercises that can motivate and inspire mothers.
