CAMPAIGN PERIOD: Entries will be accepted online starting on 19th March 2019 at 1pm PDT and ending 1st April 2019 at 2.30pm PDT. Winner will be notified by no later than the 5th April 2019 by DM.

PRIZE: The Winner(s) of the Campaign (the “Winner”) will receive a Grey and Gold Mammal Poster digital file, a Grey and Gold Bird Poster digital file and a Grey and Gold Mini Beasts Poster digital file worth approximately $30. Actual/appraised value may differ at the time of prize award. The specifics of the prize shall be solely determined by Grey and Gold. No cash or other prize substitution shall be permitted.

Any person worldwide can enter, but prints come in both USA letter and Australian A4 print size. When you are notified of being the winner, you will be asked your print size preference. If you want a larger size for a wall poster, let me know what size you are thinking, and I will see if I can customize something for you.

The prize is nontransferable. Any and all prize related expenses, including without limitation any and all federal, state, and/or local taxes, shall be the sole responsibility of Winner. No substitution of the prize or transfer/assignment of the prize to others or request for the cash equivalent by Winner is permitted. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission for Grey and Gold to use Winner’s name, likeness, and entry for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.

WINNER SELECTION & NOTIFICATION: Winner (from comments and reposts) will be selected by www.randomresult.com Winner will be notified by Direct Message on Instagram within five (5) days following selection of Winner. Grey and Gold shall have no liability for Winner’s failure to receive notices due to spam, junk e-mail or other security settings or for Winner’s provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information. TERMS AND CONDITIONS: Grey and Gold reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Campaign should virus, bug, non-authorized human intervention, fraud, or other cause beyond Grey and Gold’s control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the Campaign. DISPUTES: THIS Campaign IS GOVERNED BY THE LAWS OF USA, CA, WITHOUT RESPECT TO CONFLICT OF LAW DOCTRINES. As a condition of participating in this Campaign, participant agrees that any and all disputes that cannot be resolved between the parties, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Campaign, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before a court located in California having jurisdiction.
